Every great product starts with a strong foundation. For Asian Fibres, that foundation was fibre processing. Long before we became a complete home textile manufacturer, we focused on preparing the material that brings comfort to millions of homes.

The journey began when Mr. Sudhahar Subramani established Asian Fibres as a dedicated fibre processing unit. Equipped with fibre opening, fibre filling, vacuum filling machinery, and an in-house stitching unit, the company specialized in manufacturing high-quality cushion fillers designed for durability, comfort, and consistency.

Even today, cushion fillers remain one of our core product lines, reflecting the manufacturing expertise on which the company was built. More importantly, our in-house fibre production gives us the flexibility to manufacture a wide range of filled home textile products—including mattress toppers, baby beds, pet beds, cushions, and other fibre-filled furnishings—while maintaining complete control over filling quality, comfort, and product performance.

As customer relationships grew, so did their expectations. Many buyers wanted more than fillers—they wanted complete home textile solutions from a single manufacturing partner. Listening to those needs, Asian Fibres expanded into home textiles, carefully sourcing quality fabrics and developing products that could be customized to each customer’s brand, preferred designs, sizes, fillings, and packaging requirements.

Over time, our product portfolio continued to grow. Alongside bedding, cushions, and filled products, we introduced a range of terry textile products, allowing customers to source multiple home textile categories from a single trusted manufacturer.

Our growth wasn’t limited to manufacturing alone. To better understand the needs of everyday consumers, we opened RSP Cotton World in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu—an exclusive home textile showroom where customers can experience our products firsthand. The feedback and insights from serving local families continue to inspire products that combine comfort, functionality, and lasting quality.

Today, Asian Fibres serves retailers, importers, hospitality businesses, wholesalers, and private-label brands across global markets. While our manufacturing capabilities and product range have expanded significantly over the years, our philosophy remains the same: build quality from the inside out, customize every product to our customers’ needs, and create home textiles that people trust and enjoy for years.
